MUDPUMPS
LINERS:
All our liners have high strength forged steel hulls machined to fit prospective pumps and machined to provide the sleeve retaining lip for the high pressures encountered in today's markets. All our liners have centrifugally cast high chrome sleeves with added Molybdenum for a deeper hardness. The sleeves are mounted in the hull to a tightness averaging 18 thousands tight. After the hull and sleeve are assembled, the I.D. of the liner is honed to a perfect circle and to a finish that is smoother than any of our competitors. The finished and honed liner has tapered ends for ease of assembling pistons into the liner. The tapers are consistently the same. We have improved the overall finish (surface) of our products to a point that the looksare as impressive as the built in quality. Our plant takes extensive measures to insure the quality of the products.

PISTONS:
SANA offers a full range of mud pump pistons for both triplex and duplex pumps. They are:
- Bonded urethane pistons
- Replaceable urethane pistons
- Bonded rubber pistons
- Replaceable rubber pistons
BONDED URETHANE PISTON
These pistons are constructed of urethane, bonded to a solid metal hub. Double durometer urethane is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures.

REPLACEABLE URETHANE PISTON
Designed for high temperature drilling fluid, these pistons are constructed of replaceable urethane mounted on a solid metal hub with a plate and snap ring.

BONDED RUBBER PISTON
These pistons are constructed of nitrile rubber bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil resistant rubber is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures.

REPLACEABLE RUBBER PISTON
SANA replaceable rubber pistons are made with nitrile rubber to resist extrusion and abrasion. These pistons are fully interchangeable with most other manufactures products. Available sizes are from 3″ through 7-1/2″ and series are A, B, K and L.

FLUID END MODULES
Our high-strength, triple reduction, forged steel triplex fluid end modules are made from 4135 alloy steel, heat treated for a long working life, machined to perfection and packaged for delivery with anticorrosion protection. The precision-made jewelry, like the exterior finish, reflects the superior quality inside.
